Meet Michelle.

I am passionate about learning and teaching math, and began my teaching experience as a peer tutor during high school. I have taken this inspiration to study mathematics at UC San Diego, and have since continued to tutor high school and college students in all levels of math. My goal is to help students realize their potential and enjoy practicing math.

Along with tutoring, I work as a Long-Term Substitute Math Teacher and Bilingual Instructional Aide at the Culver City Unified School District. I am fluent in Spanish, and can conduct tutoring sessions in either Spanish or English.

I recently applied to medical school and am interested in pursuing medical education later in my career. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, cooking, going to the beach, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
